Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026. These terms govern your use of Pixel Anticheat.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Pixel Anticheat ("the Service", "the Software"), you ("the Customer", "User", or "Licensee") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Pixel Anticheat ("we", "us", or "our").
2. License Grant
Upon payment and activation of a subscription plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on the single FiveM server associated with the license key issued to you. This license is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or assigned to any third party without our prior written consent.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, deobfuscating, cracking, leaking, or redistributing the Software — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this clause results in immediate termination of your license without any refund.
3. Subscription & Payment
Subscriptions are available on Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Yearly billing cycles as displayed on our pricing page. All prices are listed in EUR. Full payment is required before the license is activated.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless explicitly agreed upon. It is your responsibility to renew your subscription in time to maintain uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses caused by subscription expiry.
4. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to set up the anticheat correctly on your server.
- Incompatibility with third-party resources, frameworks, or modifications.
- Server bans, closures, or performance issues unrelated to the Software itself.
- Subscription expiry due to non-renewal.
- Termination of your license due to violation of these Terms.
- Any downtime, maintenance, or temporary unavailability of the Service.
By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. If you are unsure whether the product meets your needs, you are encouraged to review the documentation and try the demo dashboard before purchasing.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Software will detect every cheat, exploit, or modification, or that it will function without error in all environments. The effectiveness of an anticheat system depends heavily on correct configuration, server setup, and the ever-evolving nature of cheat development. We make no guarantees regarding detection rates.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixel Anticheat and its developers, operators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to:
- Cheaters, exploiters, or modders affecting your server despite the anticheat being active.
- Player bans, unbans, or disputes arising from anticheat detections or false positives.
- Loss of players, revenue, reputation, or data.
- Incorrect setup, misconfiguration, or failure to follow the provided documentation.
- Third-party software conflicts or framework incompatibilities.
- Any server downtime, crashes, or performance issues related to or unrelated to the Software.
You expressly acknowledge that the anticheat is a tool to assist in server protection, not a guaranteed solution. Proper setup, maintenance, and monitoring remain the full responsibility of the server owner.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount actually paid by you for the active subscription period during which the issue arose.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree that it is your sole responsibility to:
- Read and follow the documentation and configuration guides provided.
- Test the anticheat on your server before deploying it to a live environment.
- Keep the Software up to date with any updates we release.
- Report false positive bans responsibly and review them before taking action against players.
- Comply with FiveM's Terms of Service and applicable laws.
- Secure your license key — sharing or leaking your license key is prohibited.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, attempted to crack or redistribute the Software, shared your license key, or engaged in any abusive behaviour towards our platform, staff, or community.
Termination does not entitle you to any refund.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. We reserve all legal rights.
11. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, you may contact us through our official Discord server or via the contact details listed on our website.
