Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026. This policy describes how Pixel Anticheat handles your data.
1. Introduction
Pixel Anticheat ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data when you use our website, dashboard, and anticheat Software ("the Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
2. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of data:
- Account data: email address, username, hashed password, profile avatar, and linked OAuth identifiers (Discord ID, Google ID).
- License & order data: license keys, subscription plan, purchase dates, expiry dates, and order status.
- Server data (transmitted by the anticheat): player identifiers (Rockstar license hash, Discord ID, Steam ID), player names, detected cheat actions, ban records, resource names, and server IP addresses. This data is transmitted securely from your FiveM server to our infrastructure for dashboard display and global ban management.
- Usage data: IP addresses used to access the dashboard, login timestamps, and admin audit log entries.
- Communication data: messages sent through order notes or support channels.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data to:
- Create and manage your account and license.
- Process and fulfil subscription orders.
- Provide the anticheat dashboard and associated features.
- Maintain our global ban database to protect participating server communities.
- Send service-related communications (e.g., password resets, order approvals).
- Monitor and audit administrative actions for security and compliance purposes.
- Investigate misuse, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Player Data & Server Owners
By using the anticheat Software, your FiveM server transmits player data (identifiers, names, actions) to our servers. As the server operator, you are the data controller of your players' information. You are responsible for ensuring that your players are made aware of data collection practices in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Player identifiers may be included in our Global Ban database, which is accessible publicly for participating server operators to query. By submitting a ban through the anticheat, you agree that the associated player data may be shared with other servers using the Global Ban system.
5. Cookies & Session Storage
We use HTTP-only, secure cookies to maintain authenticated sessions on the dashboard. These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function and do not track you across third-party websites. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
OAuth login (Discord, Google) may set short-lived cookies during the authentication flow. These are deleted upon completion or expiry of the OAuth session.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and audit purposes. Audit log entries are retained for a limited internal period. You may request deletion of your account at any time via the dashboard settings; however, ban records in the Global Ban database may be retained to protect other server communities.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including password hashing (bcrypt), HTTP-only cookies, HTTPS encryption, and access-controlled APIs. However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from factors beyond our control.
8. Third-Party Services
We may integrate with the following third-party services:
- Discord OAuth: used for optional account linking. Governed by Discord's Privacy Policy.
- Google OAuth: used for optional account linking. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We only receive the minimum data required for authentication (user ID, email, and avatar).
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to retention obligations).
- Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our official Discord server or the information listed on our website.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
11. Contact
If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your data, please contact us through our official Discord server or via the contact information on our website.
